Will Muschamp updates South Carolina injuries, talks Kentucky game

Will Muschamp and South Carolina are coming off of an impressive performance against Vanderbilt.
While some were picking the Commodores to upset the Gamecocks, USC took care of business 37-14. Jake Bentley had a nice game, throwing for 261 yards and one TD, while Rico Dowdle rushed for 112 yards and one TD.
Historically, drawing Vanderbilt and Kentucky in back-to-back weeks wasn’t too worrisome; however, the Wildcats are for real in 2018. Fresh off thrashing Mississippi State, the Cats look like a top 10-caliber team this year. Yes, we just went there.
During Muschamp’s normal Sunday night teleconference, he updated the injury situation.
Injuries: K.C. Crosby has a broken finger but he'll be fine. Rashad Fenton (quad contusion) was running around fine at practice today. He'll be fine.
Javon Kinlaw is good to go.

Muschamp: D.J. Wonnum is definitely out this week, probably out next week. At best, he could return after that but again, that's at best.

Some bad news on OrTre Smith. He has a genetic issue in his knee. His kneecap continues to sublux on him. He's going to have a CT tomorrow.

With O. Smith, Muschamp wants to wait until the test comes in to see what he could do going forward. They've rested him, gotten other medical opinions, done everything they can do but it's just not responding. Very frustrating.
