When Adam Miller transferred from Illinois to LSU this offseason, Tiger fans thought they were getting an impact player.
Sadly, Miller suffered a knee injury a couple of weeks ago, ending his 2021-22 season before it even started.
On Wednesday, coach Will Wade spoke to the media. During his press conference, he revealed that Miller’s surgery went well:

That’s good news, even if Miller will still likely miss the entire 2021-22 season. Hopefully, he’s back at full strength by the time next season tips off.
As a freshman for the Illini in 2020-21, Miller appeared in 31 games, starting all of them. He averaged 8.3 points and 2.8 rebounds per contest.
