William Satterwhite is taking his talents to Rocky Top. The blue-chip lineman from Akron, Ohio, has announced a commitment to play for Tennessee.

Satterwhite shared the big news on his Twitter account Friday afternoon.

A standout of Archbishop Hoban, Satterwhite is listed at 6-3, 300 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Satterwhite is rated 4-stars, the No. 7 recruit in the state of Ohio, No. 11 interior offensive lineman and No. 191 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.

Satterwhite was a sought-after prospect, picking up scholarship offers from 32 schools, including Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky and Missouri. Heading into Friday’s decision, Satterwhite narrowed it down to the 2 programs he visited in June: Tennessee and Clemson.

With Satterwhite on board, Tennessee now has 16 pledges in its 2024 recruiting class. UT fans can get a preview of what Satterwhite is bringing to Knoxville by checking out his junior season highlight reel below, via Hudl:
