YouTube TV-ESPN deal set to expire at midnight: How to stream Week 10 SEC games with Sling TV

SEC fans who get their college football fix via YouTube TV are officially on the clock. Unless Google and Disney reach an agreement on a renewed distribution deal — or an extension of talks — by midnight on Thursday, ABC and the ESPN family of networks will go dark on the popular streaming service.

Earlier this year, Google reached deadline deals with FOX and Comcast to keep those networks on the service. The same could certainly happen with Disney, but the looming deadline threatens to leave college football viewers in a pinch ahead of Week 10.

Our friends at Sling TV have fans covered regardless of what happens during the Google-Disney showdown.

What is Sling TV?

Sling TV is a hub for sports fans to stream all of their favorite games live. The platform offers ESPN, ABC, and the SEC Network, giving college football fans access to every SEC game each week.

Users also have options with Sling TV! Weekly and monthly packages are available, but for YouTube TV subscribers who might be looking for a stop-gap option in Week 10 — or an opportunity to test drive a different service and move away from the increasingly-expensive Google product — Sling TV offers weekend ($9.99) and day passes ($4.99).

How to stream Week 10 SEC action

There are 6 games across the SEC throughout the day on Saturday. Three of those 6 will be on ABC. Two more will be on SEC Network, and the remaining matchup, between South Carolina and Ole Miss, will take place on ESPN.

If Google and Disney don’t work out a renewed agreement before the current deal expires, none of the 6 games will be accessible on YouTube TV. They will, however, be available on Sling TV. The full schedule is below.
