Nick Bolton agrees to new deal with the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of 2025

Nick Bolton is staying in Kansas City. The Chiefs have reportedly locked up the former Mizzou star with a new contract.

It’s a 3-year deal for Bolton, reportedly worth $45 million.

A 2-time first-team All-SEC selection, Bolton played at Mizzou from 2018-20. He was selected by the Chiefs in Round 2 of the 2021 NFL Draft with the No. 58 overall pick.

Bolton has had an impressive pro career. In 2021, he made the PFWA’s All-Rookie Team after recording 112 combined tackles over 16 games with 12 starts. He added 3 passes defended and a fumble return for a touchdown that season.

In 2022, Bolton put up the best numbers of his career. He logged 180 total tackles with 108 solo stops. He added 2 interceptions and 1 forced fumble.

Bolton’s 2023 season was limited to just 8 games after he suffered a dislocated wrist. He bounced back in 2024, with 106 tackles and career-highs of 3 sacks, 4 passes defended and 2 fumble recoveries over 16 starts.

Bolton already has 2 Super Bowl rings in his young career with the Chiefs.
