No matter the sport, teams from Oklahoma and Texas tend to not like each other. Sunday’s Little League World Series Southwest Regional action pitted teams from Oklahoma and Texas against each other, and there was some drama.
Tulsa National and Texas West faced off on Sunday. Texas West was up 4-1 before a delay as umpires looked into possible sign-stealing/tipping of pitches. Play resumed, and Tulsa’s Casen Baucom changed the game with a grand slam.

Oklahoma went on to win 12-9 in 8 innings over the Texas West team based in Midway. Tulsa vs. Midway isn’t exactly like teams from Norman and Austin, but some fans were in the Red River spirit, one could say.
The Oklahoma squad is playing another elimination game on Monday. Tulsa National will face Texas East.
