Former LSU standout Jabril Cox has gotten off to a nice start this season for the Dallas Cowboys and he may have had one of the biggest hits of the season so far. When New York Giants starting quarterback Daniel Jones was trying to go into the endzone for a game-tying touchdown, Cox and another Cowboys defender doubled up on him and kept him out of the endzone.
Jones was hit so hard on that play that he had to be hauled off to the locker room just before halftime.

When your teammate is taken to the locker room for a concussion, give ‘em a lil’ headbutt as a show of support 😆🥴 pic.twitter.com/nmoEBEvAkg

Jabril Cox makes his first play as a Cowboy, stopping Daniel Jones just short of the goal line. Jones’ bell gets rung, gone to the locker room. But Giants jump the gun on the 4th down play before the commercial is over. Play should’ve been stopped. TD. Tie.
