Anthony Evans, 4-star 2023 WR from Texas, announces college commitment

Anthony Evans will play for Oklahoma. The blue-chip wide receiver announced his college commitment Friday, pledging to Brent Venables’ program.

Evans, from Converse, Texas, is listed at 5-11, 167 pounds. The Judson standout is rated 4-stars, the No. 45 wide receiver, No. 62 Lone Star State recruit and No. 350 prospect overall in 2023 on the 247Sports composite rankings.
Evans has picked up scholarship offers from 29 schools. In June, he visited Oklahoma, Georgia and Texas A&M.
