If Chad Kelly makes the Colts final roster, he won’t be available for the entire season.

That’s because the NFL is planning to suspend Kelly for two games for a violation of the league’s personal conduct policy. This comes after Kelly was arrested for home invasion following a Halloween party when he was a member of the Broncos. After leaving a party, Kelly was discovered to be in the home of a stranger, Kelly was allegedly hit with the end of a vacuum hose during the incident. He was arrested soon after.

Denver waived Kelly following the incident. He was then picked up by the Colts this offseason.

News of Kelly’s suspension was first reported by Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

During his two seasons in Oxford, Kelly passed for 6,800 yards and 50 touchdowns while adding another 841 yards and 15 scores on the ground.
