Lane Kiffin and his Ole Miss team face a big challenge on the road Saturday at No. 24 Tulane. During warm-ups, Green Wave players didn’t shy from letting Kiffin and the Rebels know that they are ready to face an SEC team.
Reporters on hand at Yulman Stadium in New Orleans observed Kiffin and some Ole Miss players directly responding to Tulane players as the Rebels took the field.
I love the intensity…

Ole Miss is favored in Saturday’s contest. The Rebels’ resume would get a boost with a nonconference ranked win.
The betting line moved significantly ahead of kickoff upon news that star Tulane QB Michael Pratt would not start for the Green Wave. Pratt had been considered a game-time decision as of Saturday morning.
Ole Miss has jumped out to an early lead in the 1st quarter. The game is airing on ESPN2.
