The Ole Miss Rebels, once ranked as high as No. 3 in the country in September, are out of the Top 25 national polls today.
Mississippi suffered its third loss of the season in dramatic fashion Saturday, falling to Arkansas 53-52 in overtime after a fluke play by Arkansas kept the game going. The Razorbacks went for two in OT, scoring to get the win.
The Rebels (7-3) fell from No. 19 in both polls to out completely. To get back in, the Rebels will have some work to do. They have a week off before taking on LSU and Mississippi State in their final two games of the regular season.
Ole Miss was No. 19 in the Associated Press poll last week and had moved up five spots from the previous week in the AP poll, going from No. 24 to 19. The highest the Rebels have been ranked in the AP poll was No. 3

In the Coaches Poll, Ole Miss also fell out of the rankings for the first time all season. The highest they had been all year was No. 5 after the win over Alabama.
Only four SEC teams (Alabama, Florida, LSU, Mississippi State) were ranked in the two polls, the lowest total of the season.
