Ole Miss’ social media team published a hilarious video trolling Mississippi State after the Egg Bowl on Thursday night in Starkville.

The video was shared as a reply to Mississippi State’s final score announcement post. The 37-second video includes numerous embarrassing references for Mississippi State, including a clip from a press conference given by ex-Mississippi State coach Zach Arnett earlier this year.

In addition to highlighting a variety of relatively-niche internet memes, it also features references to AJ Brown’s hometown (Starkville, Miss.), Mississippi State’s cowbells and much more.

Here’s the video:

Ole Miss’ defense was dominant in this contest. The Rebels limited Mississippi State to just 4.5 yards per play. The Bulldogs couldn’t generate any momentum on the ground or through the air. Outside of a third-quarter touchdown drive, Mississippi State rarely had opportunities to put points on the board.

Offensively, Quinshon Judkins was the player of the game for Ole Miss. He went for 119 yards and 1 touchdown on 28 carries in the win.

Ole Miss has now won 10 games in the regular season for the first time in program history. The Rebels will have a chance to get to 11 wins for the first time ever if they can win their bowl game to close out the 2023 campaign.
