The transfer portal continues to be in full swing across the country. Ole Miss, like many, has seen several of its own players hit the portal: quarterback John Rhys Plumlee is now at UCF, while offensive lineman Bryce Ramsey is at Southern Miss. Wide receiver Jadon Jackson and running back Tylan Knight have yet to make their respective decisions, though.

Another Rebels player has apparently added his name to the list. According to On3’s Matt Zenitz, running back Henry Parrish has entered the transfer portal.

Parrish was considered the No. 18 running back in the class of 2020 by 247Sports. As a true freshman, he ran for 263 yards and 2 touchdowns on 56 carries. He saw his production increase in 2021, recording 551 yards and 3 touchdowns on 105 carries while making 21 catches for 173 yards.

As Zenitz notes, with former Rebels RB coach Kevin Smith hired to the same position at Miami and Parrish being a native of the city, the signs could be pointing toward Parrish ending up with the Hurricanes.
