Quinshon Judkins has given Ole Miss the lead in the Egg Bowl.

The running back answered Mississippi State’s first touchdown of the game to take a 10-7 lead late in the third quarter.

Ole Miss began its drive on the 25-yard line, looking to respond to the Bulldogs go-ahead touchdown. The Rebels did just that, marching 75-yards down the field and putting Judkins in position to get into the endzone. Judkins took it up the middle and through the pile to score.

Earlier on the drive, Judkins reached 1,000 rushing yards on the season.

Now, Mississippi State is looking to answer back and regain the lead. The Egg Bowl started off as a snooze fest, but it seems to be heating up.

Ole Miss is looking to avoid a big upset, but Mississippi State isn’t making things easy.
