Quinshon Judkins is headed to the Big Ten.

The former Ole Miss running back committed to Ohio State on Monday evening. Judkins, who spent 2 years with the Rebels, is widely considered to be amongst the very best running backs in all of college football.

“I’m extremely excited to join THE Ohio State football program,” Judkins wrote in his announcement. “I’m looking forward to being part of a winning culture and helping to do my part to beat the TUN and bring a Big 10 Championship and National Championship to Columbus. The RB brotherhood at Ohio State is incredibly special and I am grateful to have an opportunity to be a part of that.

“I chose this place because I know I can help this team win championships as well as continue my development as a student-athlete. Go Bucks.”

Judkins burst onto the scene as a freshman with Ole Miss in 2022. That season, he rushed for 1,567 yards and 16 touchdowns. He was a little quieter in 2023, totaling 1,158 yards and 15 scores. His yards-per-carry dropped from 5.7 in 2022 to 4.3 in 2023.

Ole Miss did receive some good news at the running back position earlier in the day as Ulysses Bentley IV announced his plans to return to the program in 2024.
