4 former SEC players help Los Angeles Lakers win NBA championship

The Los Angeles Lakers are your 2020 NBA champs.
LA finished off the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the NBA Finals with a 106-93 on Sunday night. The Lakers had a 64-36 advantage at the half and managed to hold off the Heat’s comeback effort.
LeBron James is the most identifiable, but he didn’t do it alone. The Lakers have four former SEC players on the roster.

While James led in points on Sunday night, Davis was the game’s rebounds leader with 15 boards. Playing 35 minutes, Davis also contributed 19 points on 7-of-17 shooting.
Rajon Rondo played 30 minutes, shooting 8-of-11 for 19 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Alex Caruso played 33 minutes, shooting 2-of-7 for 4 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope played 33 minutes, shooting 6-of-13 for 17 points with 2 rebounds.
