James Williams, the No. 1 safety in the class of 2021, named his top 3 teams on Saturday. It comes as no surprise to see that Williams is looking at three recruiting juggernauts: Alabama, Clemson and Georgia.

A former Miami Hurricanes pledge, Williams is rated 5-stars, the No. 1 Florida recruit and No. 5 prospect overall for 2021 on the 247Sports Composite. The 6-5, 218-pounder already has 28 scholarship offers. four recruiting analysts and experts have submitted Crystal Ball predictions on 247Sports, with all four predicting Williams signs with UGA.

Williams shared his top 3 Saturday on social media.

“I’m Just the Same Young King From The Sandbox :battery: Top 3 :drooling_face:…..#Blessed” he tweeted to caption the below graphic with the three schools’ logos and stadiums.

Kipp Adams of 247Sports notes that, “Williams has been in Athens several times, including last month, building a strong relationship with Kirby Smart and [defensive backs coach Charlton] Warren. Williams’s last visit to Clemson came last summer and it is not known if he made the trip to Tuscaloosa last fall.”

Williams committed to Miami back on March 31, 2018. He decommitted from the Hurricanes on May 7, 2019. Since the decommitment, he picked up the Clemson offer and made visits to Auburn (June 1, Sept. 28, Nov. 30), Miami (June 3) and Alabama (June 18). His highlights can be viewed below:
