The AP Top 25 is out, and 7 SEC teams are featured in the latest rankings.

Georgia got to 5-0, but not without some drama. UGA left Auburn with a 27-20 win after a 4-quarter battle on The Plains. The Bulldogs held onto their No. 1 ranking.

Alabama continues to recover from the early season loss to Texas. The Crimson Tide are up to No. 11 in the latest AP poll, following a 40-17 win over Mississippi State.

Ole Miss bounced back strong from last week’s loss to Alabama with a thrilling win over rival LSU in the Magnolia Bowl. The Rebels have moved up to No. 16, while the Tigers plummeted. Brian Kelly’s team is now ranked No. 23.

Tennessee picked up an important SEC East win over South Carolina in Week 5. The Volunteers moved down, however, in the rankings to No. 22.

Missouri may not be receiving a lot of national hype, but the Tigers are one of the few remaining undefeated SEC teams. Eli Drinkwitz’s team is ranked No. 21 after beating Vanderbilt.

Florida had been ranked No. 22. The Gators’ stay in the top 25 is over after a blowout loss to Kentucky. The undefeated Wildcats have entered the top 25 at No. 20.
