Athlon Sports ranks which SEC teams have the toughest schedules in 2018

Making it through an SEC schedule is never easy, even with four non-conference games (while some other conferences only get three).
Still, some slates are tougher than others, so Athlon Sports set out to make a definitive ranking of the league’s toughest schedules.
Below, you can see the list, with Texas A&M, LSU and Auburn holding down the top-three spots:

- Auburn
- Tennessee
- Mississippi State
- Mizzou
- Ole Miss
- Florida
- Arkansas
- South Carolina
- Kentucky
- Alabama
- Georgia
- Vanderbilt
Check out Athlon’s reasoning for the rankings here, but there are certainly some interesting decisions on the list.
Alabama and Georgia, for example, come in at 12 and 13, respectively, a year after battling it out for the national championship. Meanwhile, Jimbo Fisher has his work cut out for him in his first year at Texas A&M.
