In this era of the NCAA transfer portal, there is plenty of player movement each offseason.
As fall camps around the country open this week, dozens of impact transfers will start working with their new squads in earnest.
But, which transfers will have the biggest impact this fall? FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff crew ranked their top 5 impact transfers. As you can see below, Alabama LB Henry To’o To’o (who transferred from Tennessee) came in at No. 1. Georgia WR Arik Gilbert (who transferred from LSU) is No. 4:

No. 3 is Eric Gray, who transferred to Oklahoma from Tennessee, so the Vols have 2 ex-players on this list.
