Big Ten being exposed in NCAA Tournament has many rejoicing on social media

If there’s one thing we can always count on, it’s the Big Ten always being good for a letdown.

Following Oregon’s 95-80 win over Iowa in the Round of 32, the Big Ten dropped to 6-7 overall in the tournament. Meanwhile, the Pac-12 has improved to 7-0 so far in the tourney.

Losing is bad enough, but when you consider how highly regarded many of these Big Ten teams are, it makes their March Madness performances stick out that much more.

Gone are No. 1 seed Illinois, No. 2 seed Ohio State, No. 2 seed Iowa and No. 9 seed Wisconsin so far.

Alabama and LSU have the ability to send the Big Ten home for good on Monday as the Crimson Tide face off against Maryland and the Tigers set to play Michigan for the right to advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
