
The Coaches Poll has been released following Week 7 in college football.
There’s a new No. 1 team, as Alabama fell from the top spot following a 52-49 loss at Tennessee on Saturday. Georgia jumped the Tide to take the top spot, with Tennessee checking in at No. 4. Ohio State (No. 2), Michigan (No. 3) and Clemson (No. 5) rounded out the top 5.
Elsewhere, a total of 6 SEC teams — No. 1 Georgia, No. 4 Tennessee, No. 6 Alabama, No. 7 Ole Miss, No. 18 Kentucky and No. 24 Mississippi State — were included in the top 25 rankings.
LSU, South Carolina and Arkansas were among the teams also receiving votes.
