It was a wild Saturday in college football that featured some significant upsets, some near upsets, and some impressive performances.

As a result, while it’s still early, the forecast for the College Football Playoff and other bowl games looks even murkier after Week 2 than it did after Week 1.

Jerry Palm of CBS Sports released his latest bowl projections Sunday and now has Georgia as the No. 1 seed in the CFP and Alabama as the No. 3 seed.

Here’s where Palm has each of the SEC teams that he projects to go bowling in 2022. For the 2nd consecutive week, he only has 10 SEC team projected in bowl games:

  • Fiesta Bowl (CFP) vs. Ohio State

  • Gator Bowl vs. Notre Dame

  • Music City Bowl vs. Minnesota

  • Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. Oklahoma

  • ReliaQuest Bowl vs. Michigan State

Mississippi State

  • Las Vegas Bowl vs. Washington

Ole Miss

  • Texas Bowl vs. Iowa State

South Carolina

  • Liberty Bowl vs. Kansas State

  • Sugar Bowl vs. Baylor
