College Football Playoff quarterbacks have already reached the top of the sport, but for an added bonus, they were asked for their best Christmas gift outside of a national championship.
Ohio State’s CJ Stroud said he received a basketball court when he was in the second or third grade. “That was my first love,” he said.
TCU’s Max Duggan recalled, “When I was a little 4-year-old, I got one of those electric 4-wheelers.”
Georgia’s Stetson Bennett shared that he received some Hulk Hands when he was 4.
“When you fought people, it sounded cool,” Bennett said.
Michigan’s JJ McCarthy added, “This may be cliche or cheesy, but peace on Earth would be my ultimate Christmas present.”
The quarterbacks will return to action on Saturday when TCU and Michigan kickoff at 4 p.m. ET, and Georgia and Ohio State meet at 8 p.m. to decide which teams advance to the national championship. Both games are on ESPN.
