The Georgia Bulldogs have had the Florida Gators’ number the past 3 years, winning the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party by scores of 42-7, 36-17 and 24-17.

If you look at those scores, you could say the Gators have closed the gap on their SEC East rivals, but the pressure will be on Saturday afternoon in Jacksonville.

On Saturday morning’s College GameDay, ESPN analyst David Pollack chose to look at those scores in a different light. He noted that Florida coach Dan Mullen’s usually dynamic offenses have actually looked horrible against the Bulldogs:

“Dan Mullen and his offense vs. Kirby Smart and Georgia, by the way? Four touchdowns in 3 games. Four. In 3 games. He’s got to prove Kirby doesn’t have his number today,” Pollack said.

Once again, Florida enters this game with a high-octane offense. But, once again, Georgia has one of the best defenses in the country.

Something has to give in Jacksonville this weekend. Will Smart and the Dawgs once again slow down the Gators? Or, will this be the year Florida’s offense gets it going in Jacksonville?
