Erin Andrews’ $75 million lawsuit against stalker Michael David Barrett and the Nashville Marriott is ongoing this week, and Monday saw testimony from both Andrews and her mother.

One aspect of Andrews’ testimony, though, was of particular interest, when she expressed that ESPN wanted her to do a sit-down interview before she went back on air to clear up any notion that the nude video was done as a publicity stunt.

Andrews agreed to do an interview with Oprah, because, according to The Daily Mail, Winfrey was a victim herself. Here’s the interview from 2009.

Andrews testified that she vomited while watching the video.

Andrews broke down in tears soon after taking the stand while speaking about the horrific incident, saying that for months after the video was put online by Michael David Barrett many people thought it was all just a ‘publicity stunt.’

‘That ripped me apart,’ said Andrews.

She also had to fly with her father to Los Angeles during the FBI investigation to watch the video with agents who needed to be certain it was not a publicity stunt.

‘They wanted to look me in the eye and see if I had anything to do with this,’ said Andrews, who revealed that she vomited while watching the video.
