ESPN’s FPI has a prediction for this week’s contest between LSU and Missouri.

LSU already has 2 losses this season and is coming off of a tough loss to Ole Miss in Week 5. Mizzou, on the other hand, is still undefeated and boasts a 5-0 record entering this pivotal SEC matchup.

However, FPI is favoring LSU to win this game on the road. ESPN’s model gives LSU a 70.2% chance of winning in Columbia.

This matchup features 2 of the best quarterbacks in the conference in Jayden Daniels and Brady Cook.

Last week, Daniels threw for 414 yards and 4 touchdowns in a loss to Ole Miss. On the other side, Cook threw for 395 yards and 4 touchdowns in a win over Vanderbilt. Cook also broke the SEC’s all-time record for most pass attempts without an interception.

Surprisingly, this will be just the 4th-ever matchup between these 2 programs in football and only the 3rd since Mizzou joined the SEC over a decade ago. Missouri is 2-1 all-time in this series.

Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.
