ESPN’s Football Power Index (FPI) has released its projections for the Week 12 slate of college football. Per ESPN, the FPI “is a measure of team strength that is meant to be the best predictor of a team’s performance going forward for the rest of the season. FPI represents how many points above or below average a team is.”

For the Florida-Missouri game, the FPI is leaning heavily toward the Tigers. The model gives the Tigers a 77.7% implied win probability, leaving the Gators at 22.3%.

The No. 9 Tigers are coming off a convincing win over the Tennessee Volunteers in Week 11. The Gators come into this matchup having lost 3 in a row.

Both teams’ quarterbacks have performed well this season. Brady Cook has thrown for 2,746 yards with 17 TDs and 6 INTs. Graham Mertz has 2,720 yards with 18 TDs and 2 INTs.

The Tigers, however, boast the SEC’s leading rusher in Cody Schrader. Last week against Tennessee, Schrader accounted for over 300 total yards of offense. That performance put Schrader at 1,124 yards for the season, 200 yards more than the 2nd place rusher in the conference.

The Tigers enter this game as 11.5-point favorites. The over/under total is 58.5. The SEC East foes will kick off from Columbia at 7:30 p.m. Eastern on Saturday.
