Former Alabama OL Tanner Bowles is staying in the SEC. Bowles has committed to continuing his college football career at Kentucky.

Bowles made the big announcement to Kentucky Sports Radio.

Bowles, a Kentucky native and former Glasgow standout, spent 4 seasons at Alabama. Bowles’ online Alabama bio describes him as a “valuable backup who play multiple spots on the offensive line.” After making 7 appearances over his first 3 seasons, Bowles played in all 12 games of UA’s 2022 regular season.

Bowles thanked Nick Saban for his time in Tuscaloosa.

Alabama considered Bowles a redshirt junior. With the NCAA’s COVID-19 waiver, he has 2 remaining seasons of eligibility.
