The 6-4, 265-pound end is from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, but originally, he’s from the state of Louisiana. That’s why most figure LSU is the team to beat.
Buggs is rated as the country’s No. 1 JUCO defensive end and the No. 3 overall JUCO player, according to 247Sports player rankings.
