Auburn quarterback Sean White is battling a knee injury.
Although White played in the Tigers’ 27-19 loss to Ole Miss on Saturday, he admitted he wasn’t 100 percent. He played with a knee brace, but said he wasn’t as mobile as he usually is and conceded that the injury affected some of his throws.
“I wouldn’t say it’s the brace, but just the injury in general,” White said. “Sometimes I can’t step into it as hard as I want to. I would say I was able to go. There’s no excuse. I’ve got to make a couple throws today.”

White was 12 of 28 passing for 258 yards and one touchdown with one interception.
White, who has started Auburn’s last five games, injured his knee in the Tigers’ 54-46 quadruple overtime loss to Arkansas on Oct. 24. After the knee swelled during practice on Tuesday, he did not practice the rest of the week.
Auburn (4-4, 1-4 in the SEC) will travel to Texas A&M (6-2, 3-2) next Saturday for a 7:30 p.m. Eastern game. The game will be shown on the SEC Network.
