LOOK: UCF unveils incredible Nike space-themed uniforms
While the Florida Gators take the field in some truly terrible Gator-skin uniforms on Saturday, their neighbors to the south — the UCF Knights — will be playing in some of the coolest uniforms of the year.
That’s because the Knights will be wearing space-themed Nike uniforms, which are simply amazing.
In a release from the school, UCF explained that the space uniforms are a shoutout to the university’s past:
“The University of Central Florida was founded in 1963 as Florida Technological University, with the mission of supporting the growing United States space program at nearby Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.”

The Knights will wear the cool uniforms for a game against East Carolina.
