Paul Finebaum has a pulse on college coaching circumstances, especially when it comes to scandals or other situations that led to a coach resigning or being fired.

This week on “Keyshawn, JWill and Max,” the SEC Network host and ESPN commentator shared his view on former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden one day coaching in college.

“In terms of college football, and I know we all think of college football as a sleazy entity — and in many ways it is,” Finebaum said. “However, I don’t think there is a single college in this country that would get near Jon Gruden He is un-hirable. Anywhere, anyplace.”

Finebaum then addressed the possibility of Gruden coming back in a couple of years, but Finebaum said most of those kind of returns in college football involve personal indiscretions. Finebaum believes Gruden is a completely different story. Finebaum said he hasn’t heard much from Gruden other than a disingenuous apology early on in the situation.
