The 2019 season is starting to wind down. We’re at the point where the College Football Playoff’s selection committee rankings have taken center stage, but the Associated Press Top 25 is still a big part of the conversation.

Entering Week 12, Alabama was at No. 4 with Georgia at No. 5 in the AP Top 25, while the selection committee had the Bulldogs ahead of the Tide. After UGA’s win over Auburn, the AP voters are likely to agree with the committee and put the Dawgs at No. 4.
