Over the weekend, the MAC became the first FBS conference to cancel fall sports, including football.
On Monday evening, a second Group of 5 conference reportedly decided to cancel the football season, with the possibility of playing in the spring.
Per Brett McMurphy of Stadium, the Mountain West will not play this fall, leaving 3 Group of 5 conferences — the AAC, Conference USA and Sun Belt — as the ones not to have made a final decision thus far:

Playing in the spring won’t be a guarantee, of course, and a number of top players could decide to opt out or transfer to other schools that are playing this fall.
Will other conferences — particularly in the Group of 5 — soon follow suit? We’ll see what happens as this week moves along.
