The bowl lineup is a fluid thing from year to year, and it appears there are some minor changes coming to the 2020-25 slates of games.

Some of those involve the SEC, which will add a tie to two separate bowl games while dropping a tie with a long-standing bowl game.

Per a report from Stadium’s Brett McMurphy, the SEC will play in the Las Vegas and Gasparilla bowls during the 2020-25 time frame, dropping the Independence Bowl from its lineup:

Per the report, the Big Ten and SEC will alternate with the Vegas Bowl and the Belk Bowl.

Whether or not these bowl games continue to be part of the SEC arsenal remains to be seen, but starting after next season, there will be a couple of new bowl locations.

The Las Vegas Bowl is obviously in Las Vegas, and the Gasparilla Bowl is played in Tampa.
