Which SEC teams get the most bang for their buck with respect to head coaching salaries?

Alabama’s Nick Saban is the highest paid coach in the country at $6.9 million, while Kevin Sumlin is the second highest paid SEC coach at $5 million. Les Miles and Steve Spurrier are both making $4 million or more. Seven other coaches are making $3 million or more per season, with Dan Mullen and Mark Stoops making under that benchmark.
Here’s a look at the SEC head coaches’ salaries for 2014, and please note that Vanderbilt doesn’t make Derek Mason’s salary public:
