That’s when the SEC Network will simulcast “SEC This Morning,” which will be hosted by SEC Network anchor Peter Burns and former LSU All-American and co-host of “Thinking Out Loud” Marcus Spears.

The show airs live on Sirius XM, and will be simulcast on SEC Network from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

It covers everything around the SEC, including headlines and highlights. Some segments during SEC Media Days included “Thweft,” “Shirt Shenanigans,” “Steve Shaw: HOA President,” and “Do You Mow Your Lawn?”
