If you haven’t noticed, the SEC West is deep.

Altogether, the division has a 42-20 record in 2016. (In comparison, the East is 33-29.) Five teams have a winning record. Three are currently ranked inside the top 10 — Alabama stands atop the college football world at No. 1 — of the latest AP poll with four in total claiming a spot in the top 25.

Six of seven have appeared in the top 25 at some point this season, with Mississippi State serving as the only team from the division without a week in the rankings.

So it’s safe to say the West is having a strong year, and SEC Communications Director Chuck Dunlap aptly summarizes that with this single tweet:

Now if only the East could catch on.
