Talented 2019 Georgia safety Jaylen McCollough lists 5 SEC programs in top 7

There’s a strong chance that talented 2019 safety Jaylen McCollough will play in the SEC.

The Powder Springs, Georgia, native lists five SEC teams in his new top seven: Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina. Ohio State and FSU were the only others outside the conference.

McCollough is listed at 6-foot-1, 190 pounds, and he’s going to be a good one. He’s ranked as the nation’s No. 4 overall safety, the No. 59 overall prospect and the state of Georgia’s No. 10 overall player. The Peach State certainly has been loaded as of late.

Alabama and FSU appear to be the early favorites, but that can change at any time.
