Trentyn Flowers will be one of the more sought-after names in the 2024 recruiting cycle and the SEC is fully invested in trying to land him in the conference.

Flowers released his top 6 options regarding where he intends to play come 2024. Alabama and Arkansas were listed among SEC programs, along with Creighton, Louisville, North Carolina and Kansas.

Kansas was not included on his initial list, though he has since reconsidered potentially playing for the Jayhawks under Bill Self, according to Joe Tipton following his original announcement.

The 6-foot-8, 180-pound prospect from Lincolnton (NC) Combine Academy is considered one of the class’s top wings. So far, Flowers has taken official visits to Creighton and Louisville and is expected to take several more visits in the coming weeks.

Prior to listing his top 6, Flowers had considered Oklahoma, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Oregon, Georgetown, Georgia State, and others as options for his career.

Flowers transferred to Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon midway through his sophomore year, then later transferred to Combine Academy this past summer. This season, he’s averaged 15.5 points and 6.4 rebounds per game as a junior. According to 247Sports, Flowers is listed as the  No. 7 small forward in the class and the No. 22 player in the nation.
