At the start of the 2016 season, the stories were about Penn State K Joey Julius delivering big hits on special teams, like this one against Michigan’s Jourdan Lewis.

However, last week, a Minnesota player flipped the script, giving Julius a taste of his own medicine with a cheap late hit.

This week, Julius was again the target of a late hit, this time against Maryland:

The Maryland player was ejected, as was the Minnesota player last week, making it two straight weeks Julius has received a hit that got the perpetrator ejected.

The Nittany Lions have a bye next week, so Julius will avoid getting laid out three weeks in a row, at least. Penn State returns to the field on Oct. 22 against Ohio State.
