WATCH: Jameis Winston loses his cool, resulting in a crying meltdown following loss to Carolina
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston was captured losing his mind during Sunday’s NFL game between the Bucs and the Carolina Panthers.
Winston appeared to have a meltdown after fumbling on the Bucs’ final possession.
That fumble, which was recovered by Carolina’s Julius Peppers, ended up sealing the deal and costing Tampa Bay a 22-19 loss.
The videos below show Winston visibly upset, pushing people around and even crying on the sideline. He evidently thought he had possession of the football, not the Panthers.
The former Florida State Heisman Trophy winner apparently came back out onto the field after being escorted off and shook the hand of an official, per NFL redzone.
It’s very clear that Winston has a lot of passion for what he does.

I don’t know. Cam’s touchdown celebration imitating lighting a candle made me think of The Little Match Girl Ballet. Winston could have simply been touched by that at the holidays, making him get all weepy.
lol. The announcers said it was in honor of his son’t birthday.
To be honest he did look like he had the ball, but…
I’m assuming you didn’t see what lead up to it. The play had been whistled dead with Peppers clearly in possession of the ball before it turned into that tug of war in the video.
Passion… and zero self control. I’d like to know exactly what he was upset about, other than essentially beating the Panthers in almost every facet but the scoreboard. Because that was a pretty clean play and the Peppers recovered it.
Either way, he needs to get that under control if he wants to effectively lead his team. I’m not saying don’t be passionate. I’m saying channel it properly and not go off the rails.
This. You can show passion and constraint. They are not mutually exclusive.
A few crab legs on the post-game buffet, he’ll be fine.
That Florida prosecutor is still praying he doesn’t have another sex crime charge that sticks because that would certainly put his career at risk. Then again, maybe he should run for congress.
Settle down and just be glad that you aren’t in prison where you belong.
I’m proud to be a Florida State criminal. I’m proud to be an Auburn Tiger.
Once a thug always a thug…
Winston is a punk and Jimbo Fisher didn’t care. Which is why I’m glad A&M has him .
bingo
Just showing his true colors Erica Kinsman has seen it before
Do we really want to go there?
Odell Beckham? Cam? There’s been so many crybabies in the SEC over the years and we want to make fun of this guy?
I’m beginning to think you are John crist incognito.
You’re really comparing Cam’s sulking in interviews to this?…Winston acted like a maniac, having to be escorted off the field then pushing security around to get back on.Kinda different there chief..
