WATCH: Tim Tebow joins artist with special needs for ‘God Bless America,' later gets hit in head with pitch
Tim Tebow’s time with the New York Mets organization has been about more than trying to prove himself on the baseball diamond. Tebow has made it a special experience for many fans who come see him at the ballpark.
Recently, Tebow made headlines for going to greet an autistic fan before hitting a home run. On Saturday, Tebow made sure a singer with special needs will never forget her opportunity to sing for the crowd. In the video below, you can see Tebow stand by her side as she sings “God Bless America.” It was a simple act of kindness.

Another video from later in the game got shared on social media for a completely different reason. Tebow got hit in the head with a pitch and stayed in the game to score a run. We’re betting that the ball got the worse end of the deal.
