WATCH: Wake Forest kicker practicing on sideline when he’s supposed to be kicking, misses attempt anyway

We’ve all been in situations where we want to do a good job, so we practice and practice and practice to make sure we do it right.
On Saturday, that’s what Wake Forest’s kicker, Nick Sciba, was doing, warming up on the sideline for a kick. The only problem? He was supposed to be on the field kicking the field goal.
As you can see in the hilarious video below, Sciba has to sprint onto the field, where he hooks the attempt off the left upright:

Sciba made another kick during the first quarter, though, and Wake only trails Notre Dame 7-3 heading into the second quarter.
From now on, he’ll probably keep a closer eye on what’s going on on the field, while still making sure he gets plenty of practice in.
