Where each SEC bowl game stands on fan ranking of most-interesting matchups

This year’s bowl slate is an interesting one, with many of the big-time matchups involving SEC teams.

That’s what happens when you get a team in the College Football Playoff and three others in New Year’s 6 games, though, so there will be some big games on the bowl schedule.

FanJuiced.com polled more than 1,500 college football fans and compiled the data into these rankings. As you can see below, of the 39 bowl games, LSU vs. UCF in the Fiesta Bowl ranked No. 1, with the Texas Bowl between Vanderbilt and Baylor bringing up the rear:

• No. 11 — Gator Bowl — Texas A&M vs. NC State
• No. 12 — Outback Bowl — Mississippi State vs. Iowa
• No. 13 — Liberty Bowl — Mizzou vs. Oklahoma State
• No. 14 — Music City Bowl — Auburn vs. Purdue
• No. 21 — Belk Bowl — South Carolina vs. Virginia
• No. 29 — Texas Bowl — Vanderbilt vs. Baylor
