You know what you’re doing on Saturday. If you’re reading this, I assume you’ll be watching the SEC Championship and at halftime, you’ll watch college kids throw chest passes into fake Dr. Pepper bottles to win scholarship money because this is America, and that’s something we do.

But what are you doing on Friday?

Don’t answer that. We’ve got that taken care of.

The Saturday Down South Podcast will be hosting a live show on Friday night (Dec. 6) from 7:30-9:30 p.m. ET at the College Football Hall of Fame. We’ll have SEC Network talent like Peter Burns and former LSU running back Jacob Hester join me and my SDS Podcast co-host Chris Marler to discuss a bunch of different topics.

We’ll of course break down the SEC Championship and talk about a variety of topics with our panel. We’ll also have an audience Q&A, plus a meet and greet with Connor and Chris. We’ll have SDS stickers and koozies to give away, as well.

And just in case you were wondering, there will be a cash bar available so you can crack a cold one and hang out with the us.

I know what you’re thinking — where can I buy tickets? Right here.

Tickets are just $19, and they’ll also get you free weekend admission to the College Football Hall of Fame. If you haven’t been there yet, consider this your perfect to something that should be on every college football fan’s bucket list.

So, because I fear that you just skimmed those important details, I’m gonna put them in big, bold letters for you.

Who — Connor O’Gara, Chris Marler, Peter Burns, Jacob Hester

What — SEC Championship Preview, Audience Q&A, Meet & Greet

When — Friday, Dec. 6 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. ET

Where — College Football Hall of Fame (in the theater)

What’s the “why,” you ask?

For those of you who listen to the SDS Podcast regularly, you know what it means to us to be able to do this. We hosted a live show in Atlanta last year, which was also the Friday night before the SEC Championship. That, however, was before we had our Facebook group, which has allowed us to connect with y’all in a completely different way.

That’s what we want to do on Friday night. We wanted to connect in person with the people who allow us to do this. We want to give y’all — as I like to say — a little peel behind the onion to see how we operate while scratching that round-the-clock need to talk all things SEC football.

Yes, I’m biased, but I cannot recommend this enough. If you’re going to be in the Atlanta area … check that. If you’re going to be in the state of Georgia*, you should buy your tickets today and come hang out with us on Friday night.

See y’all there!

Reminder: Get your tickets here.
