Amos, out of Sandy Creek High School in Georgia, signed with South Carolina over 12 other scholarship offers as part of the Gamecocks’ 2020 recruiting class. Amos’ South Carolina bio shows he played in 13 games over 3 seasons with the Gamecocks.
As a freshman, Amos made 3 appearances during the 2020 season. He rushed 18 times for 99 yards in those games. Even in just 3 games, they were the most touches of his Gamecock career.
After not seeing the field in 2021, Amos played 10 games this past season. He recorded carries in South Carolina’s games against Charlotte and Notre Dame, finishing with 7 rushing yards for the year.
