It’s almost time for South Carolina’s coaching staff to push the panic button on the recruiting trail.

247sports reported Saturday the Gamecocks lost their second commitment in three days and fifth overall after three-star offensive lineman Jozie Milton flipped to TCU.

South Carolina’s other four lost pledges include offensive linemen Paris Palmer and Austin Clark, linebacker Davon Durant and defensive back Jaire Alexander.

Milton’s decommitment means the Gamecocks are down to just two offensive linemen in the 2015 class and 26 players overall.

The final month of the season has been tumultuous to say the least for South Carolina. The Gamecocks saw their five-game winning streak against Clemson snapped in blowout fashion on Nov. 29 and on Friday, lost out on the Will Muschamp sweepstakes after the former Florida coach accepted the defensive coordinator gig at Auburn.

South Carolina has sold just 800 tickets out of an 8,000 allotment for the Independence Bowl in Shreveport, La. on Dec. 27.
