South Carolina has been without backup RB Caleb Kinlaw since he suffered a torn ACL in August.
Kinlaw, who game to South Carolina as a walk-on, primarily made contributions on special teams, such as when he recovered an onside kick against Georgia last year. He had four carries for 47 yards last season. Kinlaw, a 3-star prospect came to South Carolina after stints at Wisconsin and in junior college.
Kinlaw has had a long road to stay on the field as he had multiple surgeries at Wisconsin. The Goose Creek, S.C. native redshirted early in his career at Wisconsin.
I’ve decided to apply for a 6th year. I appreciate those who’ve helped and supported me. I’ll be back to the old me soon. Until then, I’ll continue to recover and support my guys this season 🙏🏾🤙🏾 #brb
